Please send Events listings for April and May 2009, now Events for and April and May 2009 are being updated. All recurring events have been now been posted on the CM Community Events calendar. If you have events to add, please send them using any of the Contact/Submit buttons. We appreciate it if events submissions follow our formats, with no all caps submissions. To be listed in events, the item should have the name of the organization, the location of the event with street and number, city and state, zip code; the name of the event, and, if there is a purpose and/or beneficiary, that should be included. Contact information, such as a telephone number and name of contact, should be included in the event listing, but only if an operator can be reach. Other "contact for further information" should not be included. Include day of week, date, and time in this format: 6:30pmCT, Monday, March 4, 2009 Posters are considered advertising. Please submit meeting information in news format, in paragraphs, in caps and lower case. Using the ColumbiaMagazine.com format appreciated. We ask readers to scan the Events to see what is scheduled in the next two months and to watch for any need for editing. We will make every effort to keep your Community Events calendar as up to date and correct as possible. We especially invite clubs to send scheduled meetings and to include contact information which would be useful for new members. Thanks so much.
