Obituary: Elsie Conover Oller, 66, Columbia, KY

Mrs. Oller was the widow of Arther Oller, Sr., and a member of a large, respected Adair Co. family

Elsie Oller, 66, Columbia, KY, died Thursday, March 26, 2009, at 8:07am at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY.

The funeral servie will be Sunday, March 29, 2009, at 1:00pmCT at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Jody Perkins officiating. Burial will be in Columbia Cemetery. Visitation will be aftr 4:00pmCT, Saturday, March 28, 2009, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY.



She was a daughter of the late Arvin and Emma Murrell Conover and was the widow of Arthur Oller, Sr.

She is survived by the following:
  • One son: James Oller, Bardstown, KY

  • Three daughters: Kathy Staten, Sue Ann Overstreet, and Kristina Oller, all of Columbia, KY

  • One step-son and six step-daughters: Arthur Oller, Jr., Nancy Helen Smith, Penny Jeffries, Vicky Fields, Holly Fields, Judy Minton and Mary Catherine Oller

  • Two brothers: James Conover, Indianapolis, IN; and Roy Conover, Florence, KY

  • Four sisters: Geneva Melson, Doris Conover, Dorothy Murphy and Barbara York, all of Russell Springs, KY

  • A special niece: Arlene Rein

  • Ten grandchildren and several step-grandchildren, and nieces, nephews and friends.
Grissom-Martin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
