Wants more on Circle R reopening

To ColumbiaMagazine.com:

Have been reading about the history of the old Circle R Restaurant. There are some very interesting facts about history of the restaurant. When is the new replacement restaurant opening? Haven't seen any ads for this. Also do I remember correctly that a new restaurant in Knifley, KY. Thank you and I can't express how much I enjoy reading about the happenings in Adair County where I was born and raised until I was 12 years old.

s/Carolyn Pruitt

The Circle R Restaurant, along with a new miniature golf course, is very nearly complete. An opening date hasn't been announced, but should be shortly.

There are now three restaurants in Knifley. One, Baker's Store, is on Elkhorn Road, in Knifley, KY and is the oldest. A second, Crossroads Store, is at the intersection of Elkhorn and Knifley Roads. The third and most recent one to open is Olde Town Cafe and is in the old Knifley Elementary store.
