CU Piano Ensemble spring concert is April 6, 2009 Ensemble, under direction of Dr. Wesley Roberts, is completing first year Click on headline for complete story, roster, and photo By Joan C. McKinney, CU news and publications coordinator The Campbellsville University Piano Ensemble will be giving its spring concert Monday, April 6, 2009 at 8:00pmET/7:00pmCT, in The Gheens Recital Hall in the Gosser Fine Arts Center at 210 University Drive, on the Campus of Campbellsville University, between North Columbia Avenue and North Central Avenue, Campbllsville, KY. The public is invited to the performance which is free of charge. Students will be performing literature for piano duet (four hands), two pianos (four hands), and piano quartet (two pianos, eight hands). Dr. Wesley Roberts, professor of music, is the director of the ensemble, which is now completing its first year. Members of the ensemble are from several countries Ensemble members include the following students, their home countries and degree programs: Carla Farias, Brazil, master of music in performance; Seth Johnson, Leitchfield, Ky., bachelor of arts in music; Pei-Fen Lin, Taiwan, master of arts in music; Hana Park, Korea, master of music in piano pedagogy; Priscila Souza, Brazil, master of music in piano pedagogy; and Zhiwei Zheng,China, master of music in piano pedagogy.
