Adair Co. 33, Grayson Co. 45, 1st Round State Tournament Adair County's fantastic 2008-2009 Boys Basketball season came to a close this afternoon in Rupp Arena. Grayson County High, Leitchfield, KY, won the second game of the 2009 State Tournament by a score of 45-33. Adair County come home the champions of the 5th Region, an appearance in the State Tournament, and with one of the best records in the state, 28 wins with only 8 loses.
