Adair Co. 4-H leadership holds Lincoln Event at ACPL To read article with photo, click on headline By Tony Rose, Adair Co. Extension Agt. for 4-H Youth Development On February 14 at the Adair County Public Library the Adair County 4-H Teen Leadership group sponsored a Lincoln Bicentennial Event. The group received a grant from the Kentucky Historical Society. During the program participants had the chance to meet and learn from President Lincoln and his wife Marry Todd Lincoln. Youth also made crafts and other activities associated with President Lincoln and the times he lived in. Anna Powell, Savhanna Pearson, and Sarah Thompson were the Leadership youth who planned and carried out the event. Mr. Cliff Howard and his wife Joan Howard were the Lincoln impersonators. We would like to thank Lee Ann Jessie and the Public Library for all the help that they gave the group with this program. Adair County Extension Service Office, (409 Fairground St.), P.O.
