Two Marion Adjustment escapees recaptured

Tpr. Fred Cornet of Post 15 is investigating incident

COLUMBIA, KY Friday, March 13, 2009: The Kentucky State Police have charged two men with Escape 2nd Degree after they walked away from the Marion Adjustment Center in Marion County, KY.

Forty-year-old Dwayne Smith of Louisville and 28-year-old Billy T. Woosley of Oldham County walked away from the facility but were apprehended a short time later by facility employees.



Marion Adjustment Center notified Post 15 of the walk away and apprehension at 2:46amCT.
