Call to order

1st item: Motion to approve the minutes of February 2, 2009 meetings. (Motion and vote)

2nd item: Citizen comments

3rd item: Consider request from Columbia-Adair County Airport Board for a donation of $10,000 for paving around new hangar area. (Motion and vote)

4th item: Approve Resolution No. 2009-02, authorizing Mayor to sign documents relating to the Parkview Drive Sewer Project. (Motion and vote)

5th item: City Attorney Give 2nd Reading Ordinance No. 1010.4 :
ORDINANCE NO. 1010.4: An ordinance amending the Noise Ordinance of the City of Columbia, Kentucky
(Motion and vote)

6th item: Introduce Ordinance No. 140.4 for 1st reading as follows:
ORDINANCE NO. 140.4: An Ordinance amending an ordinance created by the City of Columbia, Kentucky, and the Fiscal Court of Adair County, identified as 140.2 adn 140.1, respectively, whereby the word "Economic" shall replace the word "industrial" with regard to the name of the entity created by said ordinance.
City Attorney give 1st reading of Ordinance No. 140.4. (No action required).

9th item: Motion to adjourn.
