Campbellsville police report armed bank robbery this morning Citizens Bank in Elmhurst Plaza robbed Saturday morning at 9:45amET Click on headline for complete story with photos from Amy Pike, dispatcher, Campbellsville Police Department Campbellsville Police Department in Campbellsville (Taylor Co), KY is currently investigating an armed bank robbery that occurred at approximately 09:45amET. The robbery occurred at Citizens Bank in Elmhurst Plaza on E Broadway. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 6 foot tall, wearing a blue hooded jacket, jeans, and a black mask. He was carrying a small handgun. Suspect fled on foot across Broadway headed southeast. The accompanying pictures are being released of the suspect. If anyone has any information or may have been in the area and witnessed anything at this time, please contact the Campbellsville Police Department immediately at 270-469-7743, which is an anonymous tip line.
