Driver injured in Bluegrass Parkway crash A collision occurred at 3:40pmET, Friday, February 27, 2009, seven miles north of Willisburg, KY on the Bluegrass Parkway. James Ishmael, 55, Bardstown, was operating a 2006 Red Chevy pickup traveling westbound on the Bluegrass Parkway when he dropped off the right side of the roadway and struck and embankment, then struck a tree. He was not wearing seat belt. Ishmael was treated and released from Flaget Hospital in Bardstown, KY. The accident was investigated by Trooper Fred Cornett of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
