Darren Ballou, Nick Fudge reach ACHS basketball milestones

Ballou collects 1,000th rebound; Fudge 1,000th point

Darren Ballou and Nick Fudge were recognized February 13, 2009, between the boys and girls Adair County versus Russell County games for their recent basketball accomplishments.

Ballou collected his 1000th career rebound in the Indian's game against Central during the Toyota Classic.




Fudge scored his 1000th career point against Allen County-Scottsville during the State Farm Coaches versus Cancer Shootout. Both players were also two of 37 players from across the state of Kentucky to be nominated for the McDonald's All American Team.

Congratulations to Nick and Darren for their achievements.

ONE THOUSAND! Nick Fudge was honored for scoring his 1,000th career point, and Darren Ballou was recognized for his 1,000th rebound. The presentation of the basketballs, above, was made between the games with Russell County on February 13, 2009.
