20th District tournaments start Tuesday night at ACHS Gym

ACHS girls play on Tuesday night; ACHS boys' first game is Wednesday. Finals of girls games will Friday night, February 27, 2009. Boys final game on Saturday, February 28, 2009, at 6:30pmCT. All Adair County fans are urged to wear blue.

Adair County High School will be hosting the 20th district basketball tournament this week.

Basketball action will start Tuesday night, February 24, 2009, as #1 seed Marion County girls take on #4 seed Taylor county girls at 5:30pmCT.



Following that game at approximately 7:30pmCT #2 seed Adair county girls will take on #3 seed Campbellsville.

The winners of these games will play on Friday night the February 27, 2009, at 6:30pmCT.

Wednesday night, February 25, 2009, #1seed Adair County High School boys will be in action against the #4 seed Marion County. Game time will be at 6:30pmCT..

Thursday night, February 26, 2009, #2 seed Taylor County boys will take on #3 seed Campbellsville game time 6:30pmCT.

The winners of the Wednesday and Thursday night games will be played at 6:30 Saturday February 28, 2009.

Doors will open each night at 5:00pmCT, with the exception of Tuesday night and they will open at 4:30pmCT.

Chair back seats and season passes will not be valid during the tournament.

Cost to get in will be $5.00 for everyone.

Fans are asked to park in the student parking lot. Parking behind the gym is reserved parking only and you must have a parking pass.

This will be a week of great basketball right here at home. Everyone is encouraged to come out and support the Lady Indians and Indians!.

Everyone in support of the ACHS Indians is asked to wear blue to all of the games!
