Russell Countian faces charges in fatal Green Co. crash Update Friday afternoon, February 20, 2009: US 68 two vehicle crash near Greensburg, KY results in fatality Tpr. William Gregory Public Affairs Officer, KSP Post 15, Columbia, KY Following yesterday's collision, John P. Greene was flown to University Hospital in Louisville where he was treated and released. Further investigation has revealed that alcohol may have been a contributing factor that resulted in a collision leading to the death of Russell A. Greenway. John P. Greene, 46, was arrested today at his residence on Airport Road in Russell County and charged with one count of each of the following:
