Gov. Beshear to break ground on the KY 61 project Monday By Stephanie Daffron Gov. Steve Beshear will break ground on the KY 61 reconstruction project in Columbia on Monday, February 9, 2009. The event will be held at 10amCT at the project site, off the Louie B. Nunn/Cumberland Parkway at exit 46, Columbia, KY. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the Roberta D.
