Collison near Lebanon results in injuries to one driver

An injury collision occurred at 4:08pmET, one mile West of Lebanon, Marion Co., KY, on Campbellsville Highway.

Johnathon R. Colvin, age 17, of Campbellsville, KY was operating a 1999 Dodge, eastbound on Campbellsville Highway.



In an attempt to avoid colliding with another vehicle, Colvin crossed the center lane, lost control of his vehicle, and stuck a westbound 1995 Dodge which was being operated by James Richardson, 65 of Lebanon, KY.

Both drivers were belted. Colvin was not injured. Richardson was treated and released at Springview Hospital.

The accident was investigated by Tpr. Fred Cornett of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
