Fitness program starts February 5, 2009 New Year New You II will begin at 5:00pmCT, Thursday, February 5, 2009 and will meet weekly through March 26, 2009. The first class will be held at Adair County Elementary School, remaining classes will meet promptly at 5:00pmCT at the Christian Life Center. If you are interested in learning healthy nutrition choices, improving your fitness level and winning great prizes, then this is for you. No registration required and classes are free.
