Gary Lane, Danville, KY, writes, "The photos above were taken in Danville following the ice storm of January 27, 2009.A very large percentage of people were without power for several days. Some do not have power as of Sunday, February 1, 2009. Along with the ice there was over four inches of rain water to deal with. Most business were closed for two-four days. Schools will not be in session until Wednesday, February 4, 2009, at the earliest." The photos above were taken in Bluegrass subdivision in Danville, KY on January 28 and 29, 2009 by Gary Lane.
