Wendy's makes 11 smoke free restaurants in Adair County

There are now 11 smoke free restaurants in Columbia, with the addition of Wendy's of Columbia on February 1, 2009. This counts Red Barn Bar-B-Q, which is currently closed because of a fire.

The list includes: Wendy's (February 1, 2009), McDonald's of Columbia, Ol' Joe's B&B Que, Tray's Garden, Subway, LWC College Cranmer Dining Center and Subway, Red Barn Bar-B-Q (closed now because of fire), Westlake Hospital Cafe, IGA Deli, Cafe on the Square, and Buffalo HillsI hope this is a complete list, if anyone knows if there are others, please let us know at the Adair County Health Department. We provide signage and educational materials for any restaurant wishing to be smoke free.

ANOTHER COLUMBIA RESTAURANT is going smoke free. Wendy's, 1002 Jamestown ST, Columbia, KY, is posting signs and table tents announcing the change to take place Sunday, February 1, 2009.
