51st KENTUCKY HOUSE DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE BAM CARNEY talked with Don James, Campbellsville, KY, president of James Medical Equipment after the public forum at the Adair County Courthouse held last night, Monday, January 26, 2009. The event drew 15 participants, double the seven who attended a similar forum in Taylor County. James presented information on a proposed bill which contained new taxes he opposes.
