Casey Elementary School Sarah Burton is the newest National Board Certified Teacher at Col. Wm. Casey Elementary School. Sarah joins the ranks of two other nationally certified teachers, Debbie Bradshaw, primary teacher, and Pam Geisselhardt, Gifted and Talented Teacher, at the school and several others in the Adair County district. The National Board for Professional Teaching Standards improves teaching and student learning. National Board Certified Teachers are highly accomplished educators who meet high and rigorous standards.
