Two-vehicle collision results in death, injuries Corrected report from KSP at 9:32pm, Tuesday, January 20, 2009 Collision occurs on KY 88 in Green County. One Campbellsville driver pronounced dead at scene; driver of other vehicle, also from Campbellsville, airlifted to UL Hospital By Tpr. William Gregory, KSP Post 15 Public Affairs Officer Collision occurrred at 9:02am, three miles west of Greensburg, KY on KY 88. Angelica Heath, age 18 of Campbellsville, KY seatbelt in use, was pronounced deceased at the scene by Green County Coroner. She was operating a 1997 Nissan. Ben Bolden, age 19 of Campbellsville, KY seatbelt in use, was flown to University of Louisville Hospital. He was operating a 1999 Ford. Heaths vehicle was traveling east on KY 88, entered a curve, lost control, sliding sideways into the westbound lane of traffic. Boldens vehicle was traveling west on KY 88 and struck Heaths vehicle in the passenger door. The accident was investigated by Tpr. John Boyd of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
