Obituary: Vivian Ingram, 88 Mrs. Ingram was a member of the Columbia United Methodist Church. She was a member of a highly respected family, and is remembered for her career as a medical and dental assistant with Drs. Loy, Mercer, Salato, and Holladay. Vivian Ingram, 88, a resident of Summit Manor Health & Rehab, died Friday, January 16, 2009, at 3:50pmCT, at Summit Manor, Columbia, KY. The funeral service is Thursday, January 22, 2009, at 1:00pmCt at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY. with Rev. Richard Lowe and Rev. David Alexander officiating. Burial will be in Columbia Cemetery. Visitation is after 10amCT Thursday, January 22, 2009. A native of Russell County, she was the daughter of the later Wilbur Valentine and Nancy Perdom Richards Cravens, the widow of Earl Ingram and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Lee Ingram Dixon. Mrs. Ingram was a member of the Columbia United Methodist Church and was a former medical and dental assistant working for the late Drs. Loy, Mercer, Salato and Holladay.She is survived by the following:
