Columbia, KY driver, Jon C. Sneed, 25, killed in KY W80 accident Overcorrection a factor in fatal crash in Gradyville community Funeral arrangements will be posted when received -CM A Columbia, KY driver was pronounced deceased by Adair County Coroner Rick Wilson after being transported to Westlake Regional Hospital. The driver had been transported to WRH following a crash at 10:20pmCT, Friday night, January 9, 2008. The single vehicle crash occurred in the Gradyville community, 7.5 miles west of Columbia, KY, when Jon C. Sneed, 25, Columbia, KY, was operating a 2002 Chevrolet 2-door eastbound on KY 80 and dropped off the right shoulder of the road, overcorrected, crossed into the westbound lane before crossing back into the eastbound lane and exited the roadway. The vehicle overturned, and Sneed was ejected. He was not belted. The crash was investigated by Trooper Robert Walker of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY and continues under investigation by Kentucky State Police.
