From Knifley, KY, COF addesses issue of smoking ban

To ColumbiaMagazine.com:

Since I quit smoking several months ago, I've been waiting for some revelation from on high to indicate I erred on the smoking ban.

About the only difference I see is thet I'm more aware of the smell of tobacco when I go into Crossroads or Bakers than I was before I quit.

I still maintain it's people's right to determine how they run their own establishment and patron's right to determine where they take their business.

Thought maybe with "the end of the differences that divide us" and "change we can believe in" that may, just maybe we would see an end to those trying to tell us how each of us should live out the minutia of our lives but from the tone over the last several days it appears that the only change to expect is for the proponents of the nanny state to get louder an crankier.

From a non-smoking, non-drinkingCOF
At Dun Roman, where you're welcome to light up whatever form of tobacco you prefer and imbibe in whatever form of alkcohol warms your soul and contributes to good conversation.
