Three sisters, families, have wonderful Christmas together

Almost all of immediate family members came; and one very special member arrived unexpectedly, a reminder of the wonderful ways of the Almighty God. With two pictures

By Wanetta Tiller

This is the first Christmas for several that my two sisters and I have gotten together for Christmas with our families.

We are so thankful that we could get together this year and have a wonderful Christmas together.

The three sisters, me, Wanetta Tiller, and Nelda Dunbar, and Phyllis Arnold had our entire families with us with the exception of Wanetta's son, Mitchell and his family, who had other plans for the day. We met to celebrate Christmas at Phyllis and Eddie Arnold's home on December 25, 2008.

.We all brought food and gifts and we played games and had a wonderful time together. God is so good to all of us we can never be thankful enough.

Phyllis and Eddie's daughter Angie, who is working in New Mexico could not be with us Christmas Day, but surprised us on Saturday by showing up unexpectedly. It really was a wonderful surprise to see her since she had been a serious car accident earlier this month.

We all realize that it was through prayer and God's Grace that she is still with us.

Those gathered were: Phyllis Arnold and her husband Eddie, and their son and daughter in law, Anthony and Tiffany Arnold; Nelda and Jimmy Dunbar, their sonKeith and and his daughter Erynn and son Jackie and his wife Ellen; and Wanetta and Phillip Tiller, and their son Gerald Tiller and his wife Regina and their daughters Breanna and Megan and through the blessings of God, Angela Arnold. We all realize that it was through prayer and God's Grace that she is still with us.

Helping celebrate--and every bit a part of the family--was Cooper, Phyllis and Eddie Arnold's puppy.
