ACHS students work 2 hour shifts as bell ringers Click on headline (as with all CM front page stories) for complete story, photos By Ellen Zornes KRA Youth Services, funded through the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), work with high school seniors referred by school or agencies to help them with the transition from high school to college and with employment. As part of KRA's community involvement, these three ACHS students worked a two hour shift as they volunteered their time to ring the bell for the Salvation Army's Blue vs. Red Christmas Kettles in front of the Columbia Wal-Mart Supercenter this past Wednesday. The Salvation Army Christmas Kettles will continue on Fridays and Saturdays through December 20, 2008. We greatly appreciate the community's help and support.
