  1. Motion to approve minutes of November 3, 2008 meeting

  3. Consider Industrial Authority request for $10,000.

  4. Consider letter of recommendation from Planning & Zoning comission for Zone Changes for properties owned by Lindsey Wilson College
  5. (Motion and vote)
  6. __________________ introduce Ordinance No. 920.92 for 1st reading:
    Ordinance No. 920.92. An ordinance amending the Columbia Zoning Regulations and Columbia Official Zoning Districts Map (Properties owned by Lindsey Wilson College)
    City Attorney gives 1st reading to Ordinance No. 920.92. (No vote required).

  7. Consider Contract for local building inspector (Bluegrass Building Inspections) for Residential and Commercial Construction per KY Building Code.
