Two injured in crash on KY 84 in Marion County A collision occurred at 10:23amET, Monday, November 17, 2008, four miles west of Lebanon, KY on KY 84. Shelley Sue Nally, Hampton, VA, 43, was travelling east on KY 84 when she lost control of her 2000 Ford Explorer, ran off the roadway, and struck a tree. Nally and a passenger, Nancy Cook, 63, Norfolk, VA, were treated and released at Springview Hospital in Lebanon, KY. Both were belted at the time of the accident. The accident was investigated by Trooper Fred Cornett, Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
