LWC Men's Soccer will host King College in NAIA first round First round match of Men's Soccer National Playoffs at 6:00pmCT Saturday will be played in Columbia at Walter S. Reuling Stadium. Link to brackets below By Chris Wells, LWC Director of Sports Information The Lindsey Wilson College mens soccer team hosts King (TN) College in the opening round of the NAIA Mens Soccer National Championships, according to the national tournament released today by the NAIA. The No. 3 seed Blue Raiders are scheduled to host King at 6:00CT on Saturday, Nov. 22 at Walter S. Reuling Stadium. The winner advances to the Fresno Pacific Universitys Ramirez Field in Fresno, CA, for the remainder of the tournament. The 31-team field will be trimmed to 16 following the opening round played at on-campus sites. The 16-team second round begins on December 1-2 with the national finals scheduled for December 6 at Fresno Pacific. Lindsey Wilson enters the national tournament after earning the Mid-South Conferences automatic bid. The Blue Raiders (17-1-1) won the MSC regular season and tournament titles and are riding an eight-game winning streak and a 14-game unbeaten streak. Lindsey Wilson -- the seven-time NAIA National Champions -- is 34-8-4 all time in its 16th appearance in the national tournament. King earned the automatic bid into the national tournament after winning the Appalachian Athletic Conference Tournament Championship.
