Rain slickened roads blamed for KY 70 crash A single vehicle accident Thursday morning, November 13, 2008, at 6:15amET, seven miles west of Liberty on KY 70 is attributed to rain-slickened roads. Johnny Watson, 53, Liberty, was operating a westbound 1994 Ford Aspire on KY 70 when he lost control in a curve on the wet pavement and crashed. He was treated and released from Casey County Hospital, Liberty, KY. He was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
