Obituary: Millard Douglas (Doug) Mullins, 66 Mr. Mullins was a member of a respected South Adair County family. He was a structural steel welder and a member of the International Iron Workers Association Millard Douglas "Doug" Mullins, 66, 200 Jay Wheeler Road, Chance Community, Columbia, KY, passed away Thursday evening, November 6, 2008, as the result of a farm tractor accident on his farm. The funeral service is Sunday, November 9, 2008, at 1:30pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Stanley Watson the officiating clergy. Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5:00pmCT, Saturday, November 8, 2008, at the funeral Home. He was born September 5, 1942, the son of the late Millard Mullins and Spicie Baker Sharp. He is survived by the following:
