LWC Homecoming 2008 - Saturday Schedule
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2008 (All times are Central.)
- 7:30am - Check in and register for "Running with the Blue Raiders" 5K Run/Walk. Academic Success Center (next to Horton Hall)
Fee: $15. All participants receive a "Running with the Blue Raiders"t-shirt. Children's races will take place during this time at no cost. Achildren's t-shirt will be available for $5.8 a.m. - Race BeginsThe start and finish line are located at the practice soccer fieldbehind Horton Complex. Winners will receive medals.
- 8-11:00am - Registration: "Look Who's Here." Cranmer Dining & Conference Center
Stop by the registration table to pick up a welcome packet - and don'tforget to have your picture taken so we can display it on the "LookWho's Here" board. It is a quick and easy way for you to see whichclassmates and friends have returned for the weekend.
- 9:00am - Golden Reunion ('57, '58 & '59). Cranmer Dining & Conference Center
Reconnect with friends and take a walk down memory lane. Make plans toattend the Alumni Homecoming Banquet, where this special group will berecognized.Reunions for: 45 Years ('62, '63, '64) and 40 Years ('67, '68, '69)Cralle Student Union Building

Reunite and rehearse with former members of the Lindsey Wilson Singers.Performance will be during the Alumni Homecoming Banquet beginning at11:30 a.m.
- 10:00am - Homecoming Parade
The Lindsey Wilson Student Government Association invites you and yourfamily to join the student body, alumni and special guests to show yourBlue Raider pride. The parade will start at the top of Lindsey WilsonHill, wind around the Columbia Square, then travel up Jamestown Street.The parade is open to out-of-town organizations, group, and individuals.To participate in the parade, contact the Alumni Office atalumni@lindsey.edu or (270) 384-8400.

Theevent includes special activities for children created by students inLWC recreation classes.
