Drug round-up conducted in Monroe County By Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer, KSP Post 15 On Wednesday morning, October 29, 2008, the Kentucky State Police participated in a drug roundup in Monroe County; the result of over a year long undercover operation in the area that focusedon street and mid-level dealers. Troopers from KSP Post 15, Columbia, KY, and the KSP K-9 section along with the Pennyrile Drug Task Forcearrested seven individuals on twelve different charges. Assisting with the roundup was the Monroe County Sheriff's Department, Tompkinsville Police Department and the GamalielPolice Department. Arrested were:
