Gov. re-appoints Sandy Sinclair-Curry to Education Professional Standards Bd. Gov. Steve Beshear has reappointed Sandy Sinclair-Curry, of Columbia, KY to the Education Professional Standards Board. Sinclair-Curry's new term ends September 18, 2012. Sinclair-Curry teaches exceptional education at Adair County High School. She represents secondary school teachers on the board.
