Kim McCoy of Burkesville appointed to KY Aquaculture Task Force

Governor Steve Beshear has appointed the following members to the Kentucky Aquaculture Task Force.
  • Kim McCoy, of Burkesville, is a self-employed farmer. He represents the Kentucky Farm Bureau
  • James H. Tidwell, of Frankfort, is the chair of the Division of Aquaculture and a professor at Kentucky State University. He represents the Kentucky State University aquaculture program.
  • Roger Thomas, of Smiths Grove, is the executive director of the Governors Office of Agriculture Policy. He represents the agriculture liaison for the Office of the Governor
  • Tim Parrott, of Versailles, is a registered nurse at Select Specialty Hospital and owner and president of Aquila International, Inc. He represents retailers of aquaculture product.
  • Joyce Kinder, of Perry Park, is the owner of Kinder Caviar, Inc`. She represents wholesalers of aquaculture products
