Big Rig Big League sportswriter says Go Cubs Go

ColumbiaMagazine.com SPORTS

By Big Al Owens

The Chicago Cubs open the 2008 National League playoffs on Wednesday, October 1, 2008. Our opponent is undetermined at this time.

Ryan Dempster who has 17 wins is our opening game starter.

This is the first time in 100 years that the Cubs have made the playoffs two years in a row! As many of you are aware, I am a die-hard Cubbie fan, so I am asking you to cheer for the Chicago Cubs this year as the Cubs seek to win their first World Series in 100 years!

Go Cubs Go!!!
