Columbia P&Z Commission hearing Oct. 9, 2008 on LWC property

Public Notice (PSA)

Please be advised that the Columbia Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on October 9, 2008, at 6:00pm in City Hall to consider the following:
  1. A request for a zone change from R-1 Low Density Residential to P-Public for property consisting of 21 acres located on Hanley Drive (PVA Map #C06-004-032). Property owned by Lindsey Wilson College.

  2. A request for a zone change from R-2 Low-Moderate Density Residential to P-Public for the following properties that are owned by Lindsey Wilson College.
    a. One (1) lot located at 304 Lindsey Wilson Street (formerly known as The Martin Property) (PVA Map #C04-003-009)

    b. One (1) lot at 107 Lindsey Wilson Street (formerly known as The J.T. Tupman property) (PVA Map #C03-025-009.

    c. One (1) Lot located at 302 Fairground Street (formerly known as The Key Property (PVA Map #C04-003-012)

    d. One (1) Lot located at 203 Lindsey Wilson Street (formerly known as the James Wilkerson Proerty (PVA Map #C03-031-009)

    e. One (1) lot located at the corner of Lindsey Wilson Street and Fairground Street (formerly known as The Robertson Property) (PVA Map #C04-003-001)

    f. One (1) lot located at 916 Russell Road (formerly known as The Vanarsdale Property) (PVA Map #C06-004-027)
The Hearing is open to the public.
