Heavy rains today, but aftermath of Ike moves north Adair County, KY, appears to be benefitting from a shift in the path which had been earlier predicted for Hurricane Ike weather. The National Weather Service's National Hurricane Center track area for the aftermath of Hurricane Ike now shows the path running a bit more west and north than it had earlier predicted. The predicted path can be seen at Hurricane Ike. NOAA weather does predict heavy rains for today, with a chance of thunderstorms tonight Sunday, September 14, 2008.
