Feedback: On 9-1-1--will pray for Ed not to make mistake again

Response to writer of: Reader shocked letter

To ColumbiaMagazine.com:

It is sometimes easy to be critical of others shortcomings.

There is no need to put September 11th on every sign post and paper in town.

There is not one single person that didn't stop and pause in remembrance of September 11, 2008. This I feel sure of.

In our hearts and prayers we all remembered those that were lost, the families and friends left behind.

Sept 11th changed the USA and it will never be the same. It brought us all together. Reality is that in the fast paced world some of us seem to forget.

Freedom isn't free and I honor and pray for our leaders, and military everyday.

I will pray for Ed that he doesn't make this mistake again or someone will certainly point it out.

God Bless American and God bless those that do so much good to uplift others.

I am sorry you find it necessary to point out our shortcomings. You do have a point. But none of us has or ever will forget that day!

s/Alice Wheeler
