Dunnville, Liberty, KY actors get roles in 43 Presidents David Emerson, Dunnville, KY and Joshua Pennington, Liberty, KY chosen along with Amber Wimsatt, Auburn, KY, Amanda Edmondson, Morganfield, KY, and Casey Ann Bradstreet, Bath, NY, for play to start October 2, 2008 in University Theater at Campbellsville University By Ashley Zsedenyi, CU staff writer Each year during Homecoming Campbellsville University's theater department puts on a play. This year's production will be a comedy and a drama, as well as a political, historic and experimental play titled "43 Plays For 43 Presidents." The performances of "43 Plays For 43 Presidents." will be October 2-October 4, 2008 at 7:00pmET/6:00pmCT, and Sunday, October 5, 2008 at 2:00pmET/1:00pmCT in the University Theater. The cast for the play includes: Kiel Thorlton, a junior from Auburn, KY.; Amber Wimsatt, a junior from Elizabethtown, KY; David Emerson, a freshman from Dunnville, KY; Casey Anne Bradstreet, a senior from Bath, N.Y.; Amanda Edmondson, a sophomore from Morganfield, KY; and Joshua Pennington, a freshman from Liberty, KY. "43 Plays For 43 Presidents" by Andy Bayiates, Sean Benjamin, Genevra Gallo, Chloe Johnston and Karen Weinberg is described as a chronological, biographical survey of the lives and presidencies of each of the 43 men who have held the office so far, according to a synopsis on www.playscripts.com. The actors will take turns donning a star-spangled coat that symbolizes the presidency and audience members will have a chance to consider their role in shaping the history they just witnessed, and are left to ponder where the presidency has gone since its fall from paradise, and where it will go next. General admission to the play will cost $5, while Campbellsville University faculty and staff tickets are $1 and CU students get in free with their student ID.
