Grandparents Week at ACES, September 15-19, 2008

Grandparents of Adair County Elementary School students are invited to school to eat lunch with their grandchild during the week of September 15-19, 2008.

To help with overcrowding and to ensure all of our students and guests get the opportunity to eat, the following schedule has been developed.



Grade Level / Date Grandparents are invited / Time
  • Preschool, Monday, September 15, 2008, 10:00amCT

  • Kindergarten: Tuesday,September 16, 2008,10:15amCT

  • 1st grade: Wednesday September 17, 2008, 10:30amCT

  • 2nd grade: Thursday, September 18, 2008, 10:45amCT

  • 3rd grade: Friday, September 19, 2008, 10:58amCT

  • 4th grade: Monday, September 15, 2008, 11:05amCT

  • 5th grade: Tuesday, September16, 2008, 11:15amCT

  • 6th grade (students in Mrs. Roy, Mrs. Maurath, Mrs. Easthams rooms):Wednesday September17, 2008, 11:30amCT

  • 6th grade (students in Mrs. Richard, Mrs. Coomer, Mrs. N. Roachs rooms):Thursday, September 18, 2008, 11:40amCT
Please contact the school at (270) 384-0077 or the Family Resource Center at (270) 384-9112 to let us know that you plan to attend so that we may plan for plenty of food.
