Duo County Telecom breaks ground With one photo Duo County Telecom and Bluegrass Cellular broke ground for the construction of their new Customer Care Center On Wednesday, September 3rd, 2008 at at 2:00pmCT. The new structure will be located in front of the new Wal-Mart off of Highway 61 and the Louie B. Nunn Cumberland Parkway in Columbia, KY. The office will feature 5,350 square feet of floor space and several new Customer Service Representative stations, allowing customers to be helped quickly and efficiently. The Customer Care Center will also feature a drive-through window for convenient payment of bills for voice, video, Internet, and wireless services--something new for Adair County customers--according to Duo County Telecom. Duo County Telecom and Bluegrass Cellular's new location will help provide customer care to all Duo County and Bluegrass Cellular customers in Adair County.
