Genealogical society to hold special dedication service today The Adair County Genealogical Society and the Adair County Public Library would like to invite everyone to a dedication service in memory of Mrs. Randy Flowers to be held today, September 1, 2008 at 6:00pmCT. Mrs. Randy was one of the Founding Members of the Adair County Genealogical Society and served as president, secretary, treasurer and editor for many years. She compiled many books and helped countless people find their family roots. The library and the Adair County Genealogical Society will be dedicating the family history section in her memory. At this same time, the library and the Adair County Genealogical Society will also be dedicating the family files in memory of Mrs. Ruth Paull Burdette.
