P&Z hearing on zoning for Parrott Ave annexation

The City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 11, 2008, at 6:00pmCT, in City hall to consider the following:
  1. Annexation and map amendment for the following properties identified as Lots 10-14, 15, 16, 17, 18,19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 30.1 located on Campbellsville Road and Parrott Avenue. These lots are proposed to be annexed by the City of Columbia and zoned as C-2 Highway Oriented Commercial.

  2. Annexation and map amendment for the following properties identified as Lots 10-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12.01, 12.02, 13, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30, and Lots 11-1, 2, 3, 4, 6.02, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 located on Parrott Avenue. These lots are proposed to be annexed by the City of Columbia and zoned as R-2 Low Moderate Density Residential.
These properties consist of approximately 49.171 acres.
