Obituary: Flora Blakley, 78 COLUMBIAMAGAZINE.COM OBITUARIES Mrs. Blakley was a member of Tarter's Chapel United Methodist Church and of a large, respected Adair County family. She was a retired worker in the Jefferson County School system Flora Blakley, 78, Louisville, KY, died Monday, August 25, 2008, at 3:30pm at Golden Living Camelot Nursing Home in Louisville, KY. The funeral service will be Thursday, August 28, 2008, at 1:00pmCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, with Bro. Ray Smith officiating. A native of Adair County, she was a daughter of the late Carter and Vester Moss Keltner, a member of Tarter's Chapel United Methodist Church, and was a retired cafeteria worker from the Jefferson County Public Schools. She is survived by her husband, Bill Blakley, Louisville, KY, and the following:
Visitation will be after 1:00pmCT, Wednesday, August 27, 2008, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY. Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery. Grissom-Martin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Casket bearers: Millard Keltner, Joshua Blakley, Todd Legg, Mikie Blakley, Arlis Sneed, and Wayne Sneed.
