Passenger injured when semi overturns on KY 61 POLICE REPORTS The passenger in a southbound semi-truck which overturned on KY 61, 1.8 miles north of Summersville, Green Co., KY, Natasha Smileska, 22, Countryside, IL, was treated at Jane Todd Hospital and later transferred to the University of Louisville Hospital, but the driver was not injured. The accident occurred at 2:01pm Monday, August 25, 2008. Marjan Kosteski, 23, Countryside, IL, was operating a 2005 International semi-truck and trailer when the vehicle dropped off off the shoulder of the road, struck a culvert, and overturned in the roadway. The driver had a seatbelt in use. The passenger was not belted. The incident was investigated by Trooper John Boyd of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
