ACHS Boys Golf team 10th in 20 team field at Cub Run

Chaz Giles leads Varsity with low score of 80; Michael Waggener top player for JV's in both lost to Marion County, victory over Cumberland Co.

On Saurday, August 16, 2008, ACHS Indians Boys Golf team was in action in Cub Run KY, at Shady Hollow Golf Course. The Indians finished 10th in a Tournament of 20 teams. The Indians were led in scoring by Chaz Giles 80, Van Giles 81, Matt Poff 86.




On Tuesday, August 19, 2008, the Indians J.V. team were in home action against Marion County, losing by 7 strokes. The Inidans were led by Michael Waggener 42, Riley Grant 40, Alex Durham 46 and Daniel Rarey 45.

On Thursday Aug. 21st, In J.V. Action at Pinewood Country Club, the Indians defeated the Cumberland County Panthers by the score of 164 to 180. Leading in scoring was Michael Waggener 37, Colby Robertson 41, Alex Durham 43, Riley Grant 43.
