Columbia Police arrest two on drug related charges Officers from the Columbia Police Department arrested two individuals on drug related charges on drug related charges on August 20, 2008, at approximately 4:18pmCT, after a traffic stop east of exit 49 on the Louie B Nunn Parkway. Paula Lyons, 45, Stearns, KY, was arrested and charged with improper passing, careless driving, possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree and prescription controlled substance not in an original container. Sara Lyons, 21, also of Stearns, KY, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.
