Obituary: Donald Knight, 70, dies in Albany COLUMBIAMAGAZINE.COM OBITUARIES A native of Adair County and a member of a highly respected family, Mr. Knight served in the US Marine Corps and had retired after a 30 year career as a truck driver. He was the brother of Jailer William Knight, Jr., and Nelda Ferguson of Columbia, KY. Services will be in Albany, KY. Burial with military honors will be in Clinton Co., KY Donald Knight, 70, Albany, KY, formerly of Adair County, KY, passed away suddenly Wednesday, August 13, 2008, at Clinton County Hospital in Albany. The funeral service will be Saturday, August 16, 2008, at 11:00am at Talbott Funeral Home in Albany, KY, with Bro. Charles Tone and Bro. Dennis Parrigin the officiating clergy. He was the son of the late William "Bill" and Cecil Burton Knight of Adair County.He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Knight, Albany, KY, and the following:
Interment will be in Lands Chapel Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, Friday and Saturday, August 15 and 16, 2008, at Talbott Funeral Home in Albany, KY.
