The Larue County All-Stars are the West Ky State Champions for Little League 8 Year Olds. The team had a 19-4 record in the all-star season, winning 4 tournaments, and finishing 2nd in two others. Robert Absher, a member of the team, is a former resident of Adair County. Robert is the son of James and Maria Absher, and the grandson of Margie Absher of Columbia.

Robert is the son of James and Maria Absher. James Absher is a Dispatcher at the Adair Countyu 911 Center.
